1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bg990s website accessible at https://bg990s.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality provided by bg990s.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonuses subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player's Account by bg990s.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on bg990s, accessing the Platform, placing any bet or wager, or using any feature of the service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 3. Eligibility and Age Verification

bg990s is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from your own device and from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where bg990s identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, all such Accounts may be suspended without notice. Any outstanding balances across the duplicate Accounts will be consolidated into the original verified Account or forfeited in the case of identified abuse.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bg990s will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bg990s support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bg990s support. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable Real Money Balance will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

bg990s accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at bg990s's discretion; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the deposit page.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: No platform-imposed maximum for fully verified Accounts. Individual payment method limits imposed by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay may apply independently.
• Processing time: Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes to reflect in your Account balance.
• Currency: All transactions on bg990s are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). bg990s does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Fees: bg990s does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which bg990s bears no responsibility.

You warrant that all funds deposited to bg990s originate from a payment method registered in your own name and that the source of funds is lawful. bg990s reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. bg990s enforces a policy that withdrawals must be paid back to the original funding source wherever technically feasible.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Standard processing time: Withdrawals of up to ৳50,000 are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal verification: bg990s may require identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Providing false or misleading documents will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
• Pending bets: Funds that are currently committed to open bets or active game rounds cannot be withdrawn until the relevant outcome is settled.
• Bonus fund restrictions: Bonus Funds that have not completed their applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the Real Money portion of the Account balance, after Wagering Requirements have been satisfied, is eligible for withdrawal.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds section of your Account balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct
